A worked example

Illustrative, not live: funding rises from 0.001% to 0.01% per hour while open interest rises from $100M to $110M. Longs are paying more and outstanding exposure has grown; neither proves the next price direction. Save a funding alert at 0.01% and inspect premium and liquidity when it triggers.

Funding, OI and premium in context

Funding: a periodic payment between longs and shorts. A positive hourly rate means longs pay shorts. Annualized rates extrapolate the current rate and are not guaranteed returns.

Open interest (OI): outstanding perp exposure, shown here in USD. Rising USD OI can reflect price changes as well as position growth; it does not establish a directional bet.

Premium: mark price relative to the oracle, in percent. Positive means mark is above oracle. The oracle is a reference price, not necessarily an executable spot quote.

Save your monitoring rule

Monitoring runs only while this page is open and visible. It checks every 30 seconds and can miss changes between checks. It does not send Telegram or email.

One saved rule and the latest 100 observed matches stay in this browser. Pro sync saves the rule to your account; it does not turn on background delivery. Sign in · Explore data plans.

Observed matches

Recorded locally when your saved condition changes from unmatched to matched. Loading or saving a matching rule records its current match once. These are observations, not performance results.
